Annual First Aid Refresher Training

This refresher course provides you with an opportunity to practise and update your skills at any time during your three year period as a qualified first aider. The HSE strongly recommends that you attend a refresher session once every year during this three year period.

Who should attend?

This course is for supervisors and operatives holding a current First Aid at Work, or Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.

Course Content

This session builds on the delegate’s expertise and confidence by involving them in realistic situations with simulated casualties. Candidates will practise first aid in practical, hands-on scenario sessions.

Three hours

Assessment and certification

Continuous assessment by trainer.
